Fantastic customer service by your member of staff Dan in the darlington store. Could not have asked for a better experience, which I was very grateful for. I needed a large picture printed and framed, which he done without hesitation and shared his knowledge and expertise. I will be back and will be requesting Dan.

I have visited the Oldham Tesco branch multiple times in the last few months and Paula is always so helpful. I’ve just had a photoshoot of my 8 month old son, and she took some beautiful photos of him. We’ll be back soon!

I have taken passport photos that look perfectly fine and have also been passed by the biometrics check but when I have entered them online to renew my passport it is saying that they are not valid and that I have to take my picture 1.5m away if you can get back to me to tell me what to do that would be great and help to resolve this issue

I’m not too good with technology and having gone to your kiosk within Asda at Rawtenstall Jordan could not have been more helpful ,she guided me through everything I needed offered advice and completed the task when I couldn’t .I found her to be friendly professional and would definitely recommend her

the staff at kirkby liverpool are amazing so helpful i got in get all pictures from phone printed nothing is o much trouble was last in the shop on 5 th may geting pictures of my grandkids printed

Tesco Horwich, visited the outlet today for passport photo's. The young man was excellent, polite and very helpful. I would recommend.

dropped into photo shop in Tesco .the meadows Camberley on Friday and today Sunday. Had such a lovely experience . A really brilliant young lady that had time to print off my numerous old photos that I had. Being a pensioner am not very technical minded . She had some much patience and a thrill to be served with a pleasant manner Will tell every one to go there as she is one in a million . Thankyou . Sorry I didn't get your name. Dan was fantastic and was able to rescan a photo that had been used at my Dad's funeral ceremonies in India but had an incorrect spelling of the middle name and print off a new photo utilising the same frame, all in quick order and to an excellent level. Highly recommend the team's services and will be using again.

I went to my local Asda Weston super mare to get my 4 month old her passport photo, felt really excited to finally be getting it done. As I got there I kindly asked the man at the desk if he does passport photos for baby’s which he looked up and said “Yeh” in a blunt manner. He got up and walked over to where he takes the photos without saying a word and chucks the changing mat on the floor with a sheet on and walks back out again. I then put my baby on the mat and he came over and didn’t really say much. He took about 4 pictures and said “got one” then didn’t ask if I was happy with the photo and printed it and gave them to me in an envelope and I just paid. I felt uncomfortable to say I wasn’t happy at all with the photo. I could of took a better photo myself and much better quality on my iPhone. I’m really upset that I can’t even apply for her passport as the photo is that bad and I’ve wasted £12.99 that I can’t afford to waste. Waste of time and gutted by my experience
