"Decent range, but I felt a bit rushed choosing"
Maxphoto has a decent enough range, and I did manage to find most of the basic photo stuff I needed. Some things were easy to browse, but with a few categories I felt a bit pressured to just pick something because there weren’t many options to compare.
I do wish they had more sizes and styles, especially for frames and albums. It’s not a bad place to shop overall, but if you’re trying to find something specific, the limited choice can make it feel a little stressful

"Packed really well"
My photos arrived in perfect shape, and the packaging was really solid with no bends at all. I’m happy with how carefully everything was handled and would definitely order again.

"Pretty good deal honestly"
I ordered a few prints the price was better than I thought it would be. The quality was decent too, so I don’t really have any complaints. For what I paid, it felt like good value and I’d probably use them again if I needed more...

"Really pleased with how the photos turned out"
I’m really happy with the photo quality. They came out sharp, and the colours look nice and natural, not washed out like some others I’ve ordered before. The paper feels decent too. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, it turned out better than I expected. I’d definitely order again

"First impression was a bit mixed"
My first impression of maxphoto.co.uk was a little underwhelming because the prints took longer to arrive than I expected. The quality was fine when they got here, so no real complaints there, but the delivery was a few days late and I could’ve done with them sooner. The tracking didn’t really update much either, which made it a bit frustrating. Not a terrible experience, just average overall. I’d probably use them again, but only if I wasn’t in a rush.

"I found what I needed pretty..."
I found what I needed quickly, and checkout was simple enough. I wasn’t totally sure how the photo upload would work on my phone, but it seemed to go through fine without any issues.

"Great personalisation, but the wait was annoying"
I was really happy with my order from maxphoto.co.uk in the end. There were loads of ways to personalise it, like changing the layout, adding my own text and picking the photos, and it was all easy to do. The finished item looked exactly how I wanted, so it made a really nice gift. The only frustrating bit was waiting for it to arrive, as I was getting a bit impatient, but thankfully it turned out lovely when it finally came

It’s not awful or anything, but the colours came out a little different from what I thought I was getting. Maybe it’s the photos or the way it was shown online, but it definitely looked a bit off in person

My photo order arrived with one print missing, which was annoying because it was meant to go in a gift.
I emailed maxphoto.co.uk and they replied the next day. They looked into it and sent the missing print out without making it a big drama, which i appreciated.
It did take a few extra days in the end, so not perfect, But they handled it fairly and I’d use them again.

"Delivery updates could be better"
so my order did arrive fine in the end, but the delivery updates were a bit confusing. I ended up waiting around without really knowing when it was going to show up. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just something that could definitely be improved.
